To get an understanding of what HUD may be requesting in FY26 NOFO, please reviewthe Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the 2025 Fiscal Year that was provided in December 2025 by HUD; please note the material in this NOFO is subject to change.

To get a start on the NOFO process, we are asking all those who would like to apply for the FY2026 NOFO grant to submit your Letter of Intent (LOI) to ccole@littlerock.gov by (4pm) Friday, May 08, 2026. The letter must be on agency letterhead and address to City of Little Rock. As the City of Little Rock serves as the Collaborative Applicant. Also, the letter must include the project amount the agency is requesting for their agency.
